Introduction

AcroXchange is Tailor Made Software's converter from Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (Version 9 and above) files to a wide variety of output file formats.

AcroXchange is a command line driven application. It will take a single Adobe PDF or AI file and convert it to a single output file. It will also convert multiple files at once using wildcards, including files in various sub-directories in a directory tree.

AcroXchange currently supports AutoDesk Drawing Web Format (DWF, also known as Design Web Format), AutoCAD DWG and DXF (versions up to 2002), the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification (IGES), Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language (HPGL/2) and various raster formats (GIF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, TARGA, etc).

AcroXchange is available on Windows 32-bit operating systems, Red Hat Linux 6.1 or above and Sun Solaris 2.5 and above.
