Batch Conversion - Dynamic modification of AutoCAD drawings

The XML-based modification capabilities in AutoXchange 2007/2008 are for AutoCAD professionals with floor plans in DWG/DXF where graphical content needs to be updated on a frequent level, and must be converted to DWF, alternatively PDF or TIFF, etc. for distribution, but where it is not feasible to use AutoCAD every time a graphical modification has to be done.

The package include an extraction tool, LinkList/XML, which creates AutoXchange compatible XML files from AutoCAD DWG/DXF.

The XML file lists all of the block definitions and polylines in the drawing. This XML file can be used as the starting point for changing the entities in the drawing. Alternatively, the XML format can easily be produced from a CAFM Database application
